Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the Education curriculum, ensuring engagement and depth of understanding.
- Facilitate classroom discussions that encourage analytical reasoning and reflection on social issues.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enrich the learning experience and support diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that link Education concepts with real‑world contexts.
- Maintain accurate attendance, attendance records, and student performance data in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum review committees to continuously improve teaching practices.
- Mentor students in extracurricular activities related to Education, such as debates, social research projects, and community service initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory; TET or CTET certifications are preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to create engaging, student‑centered learning environments and a passion for the Education subject.
