Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Music to students from classes 6 to 12
- Prepare lesson plans and assessments for Music classes
- Conduct Music classes, including theory and practical sessions
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Maintain student records and progress reports
- Develop and implement Music curricula
- Participate in school events and activities
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Music into the curriculum
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in Music or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as a PRT Music Teacher
- Strong knowledge of Music theory and practical applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have
- CTET/CTET certification
- Experience teaching Music in a school setting
- Familiarity with Music curricula and assessments
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
