Senior Science Department Role
Aum Sun Public School is building a strong Science team to meet growing parent expectations in Ghaziabad. The school needs an experienced PRT Science Teacher who can lead the department, guide junior staff, and drive board results. Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Science lessons for Classes 6 to 8 following CBSE guidelines and school curriculum.
Create engaging lesson plans, lab activities, and assessments aligned with NCERT and board standards.
Monitor student progress through regular tests, mock exams, and practical evaluations.
Guide and mentor junior Science teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and student engagement.
Organize Science exhibitions, quizzes, and inter-house competitions to foster interest in the subject.
Prepare students for Olympiad exams, NTSE, and other competitive platforms.
Track board exam performance and recommend teaching improvements based on analysis.
Collaborate with the Principal and Vice Principal on academic policies and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate student records, lab equipment logs, and safety compliance in Science labs.
Who Can Apply
Graduate in Science with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Science at middle school level.
Preference for candidates who have qualified TET, CTET, or equivalent.
Experience in handling Science Olympiads, NTSE, or similar competitions is advantageous.
