Psychological Counsellor Job in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh | School Vacancy
Responsibilities
The Psychological Counsellor will design and implement individual and group counseling programs for students, parents, and staff at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School | Ghaziabad. Policy & Compliance
Develop and update school policies on bullying, harassment, and student welfare. Ensure compliance with state and national regulations regarding student privacy and data protection. Train staff on recognizing signs of distress and proper referral pathways. Conduct periodic audits of counseling records to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Professional Development
Stay current with best practices in child psychology and counseling techniques through workshops, seminars, and professional memberships. Mentor junior staff and volunteers in counseling skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the school.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Experience of at least 2 years in a school or similar setting. Familiarity with child and adolescent mental health issues. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Salary
Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month
