- Coaching students for board exams, helping them achieve high scores and build confidence in their understanding of biology concepts.
- Conducting experiments and practicals, fostering hands-on learning and scientific skills in students.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of biology with other subjects, promoting holistic learning.
- Providing guidance and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
- Contributing to the school's annual science fairs and exhibitions, showcasing student projects and promoting science awareness.
- Participating in staff development programs, staying updated on best practices in biology education and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Taking on additional responsibilities, such as coordinating science events and activities, as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A postgraduate degree in biology or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
