Day-to-Day Duties

4. Conduct periodic evaluations and maintain accurate records.
5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
6. Develop and maintain a positive learning environment.
7. Foster effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
8. Stay updated on curriculum developments and best practices in English education.
9. Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in English (MA/MCom) or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree.
- Valid TET/CTET certification.
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching English in a school setting.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning.
