About This Role
Delhi Public World School seeks a dedicated and passionate TGT English Teacher to join our team. As a TGT English Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for the English language.
What You Will Do
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students from Class 6 to 10
* Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
* Create and manage engaging classroom materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and projects
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement the English curriculum
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents about student progress
* Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments in English language education
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed in English or related field
* D.El.Ed or CTET preferred
* 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
