What You Will Do
- Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular activities
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and implement new teaching methods and resources
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the school's decision-making process
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree or equivalent qualification
- CTET/TET certification is preferred but not essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Hindi in a school setting

- Strong organizational and time management skills
