TGT Hindi Teacher Position at St Francis School, Indirapuram

Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Hindi language lessons, ensuring interactive and culturally relevant teaching methods.
Prepare daily lesson plans that incorporate grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills.
Monitor students’ progress in Hindi through assessments and provide timely feedback to guide their learning.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, confidence, and a love for the language.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and implement unit-wise teaching materials, including worksheets, storybooks, and audio-visual aids.
Collaborate with other Hindi teachers to share best practices and enhance curriculum coherence.
Assist in organizing Hindi-related extracurricular activities, such as recitals, debates, or cultural events.
Participate in school-wide Hindi competitions and events to promote the subject’s relevance beyond the classroom.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum updates.
Conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss students’ Hindi development and address any concerns.
Review and update teaching resources based on student feedback and evolving educational standards.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum of four years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi at the TGT level.
Possession of TET/CTET certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and modern language teaching techniques.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
