Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced TGT Physical Education Teacher to join our team at G.d. Goenka Public School. As a Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Physical Education lessons to students from classes VI to X. You will create engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, while also promoting the importance of physical activity and sportsmanship.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Physical Education lessons to students from classes VI to X.
- Create engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Demonstrate and guide students in various sports and physical activities, such as cricket, football, basketball, and yoga.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement sports programs for students, including tournaments and competitions.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Physical Education with other subjects, such as Health Education and Social Studies.
- Maintain a safe and organized Physical Education environment, ensuring that students have access to necessary equipment and facilities.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and achievements.
- Participate in school events and activities, such as sports days and parent-teacher meetings.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field, such as B.P.Ed or M.P.Ed. You should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a strong background in planning and delivering Physical Education lessons to students. You should also be familiar with the curriculum and guidelines for Physical Education in Uttar Pradesh. Experience with TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not required.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.30,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, depending on their level of experience and qualifications.
