2. Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments and oral examinations.
3. Develop supplementary learning materials such as worksheets and digital resources.
4. Organize and supervise Sanskrit cultural activities, including recitation and debate.
5. Collaborate with co‑teachers to integrate Sanskrit themes across subjects.
6. Maintain accurate attendance and performance records in the school’s database.
7. Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on teaching strategies.
8. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
9. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
10. Uphold the school’s values of discipline, respect, and academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Sanskrit or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
- Strong command of Sanskrit grammar, literature, and Vedic texts.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Uttar Pradesh.
Salary
Rs.24,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Work Hours
Full‑time position; standard school hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with additional responsibilities for extracurricular Sanskrit activities.
