What You Will Do
As a TGT Social Science Teacher at Delhi Public World School, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Design and deliver engaging Social Science lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
* Utilize smart boards and other digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences
* Develop and maintain a student-centered learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Create and share online resources and materials using Google Classroom and LMS
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum-based projects and activities
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
* Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote Social Science education and develop community partnerships
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Social Science education and integrate them into your teaching practices
* Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Social Science education
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced TGT Social Science Teacher with the following qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in Social Science or a related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Social Science at a school level
* Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
