Hindi (NTT) Vacancy in Saidpur, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh
G.B International School
Full Time
Job Description
NTT Hindi Teacher Job in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
About This Role
The NTT Hindi Teacher vacancy in Ghazipur is for G.b International School’s Saidpur campus where young learners from Ghazipur and nearby villages come to build their first stronghold in Hindi. Your classroom will be the place where many children speak their first formal Hindi sentences, and where local dialects meet school Hindi for the first time. G.b International School believes early Hindi immersion shapes confident communicators and readers for life.
Your Students
Students at G.b International School, Saidpur, are mostly first-generation Hindi learners from homes where Bhojpuri or Awadhi is common. Many have never held a storybook in Hindi before. Your job is to make them feel at home with the language while gently guiding them toward correct pronunciation, writing, and expression. The children range from five to eight years old, and their curiosity is your biggest ally.
What You Will Do
Plan daily NTT Hindi lessons using picture cards, rhymes, and storytelling so that every child participates without fear.
Assess each child’s Hindi readiness through simple oral tests and drawing-based writing prompts every week.
Create a print-rich classroom corner with Hindi alphabet charts, word walls, and local picture dictionaries.
Organize monthly Hindi day activities—storytelling, poem recitation, and role-plays—so children speak Hindi naturally.
Collaborate with the English and EVS teachers to link Hindi vocabulary with daily classroom routines.
Maintain a progress diary for each child, noting speaking, writing, and listening milestones.
Attend weekly staff meetings at G.b International School to align Hindi teaching with the school’s broader early literacy goals.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with Hindi as a teaching subject.
TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory for this NTT Hindi Teacher in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh.
Minimum two years of experience teaching Hindi to children aged five to eight in a similar setting.
What Makes You a Fit
You grew up speaking Hindi and can explain grammar through games rather than rules.
You have used flashcards, rhymes, or local stories to teach Hindi to young learners before.
You enjoy seeing shy children gain confidence after just a few weeks of patient practice.
What You Get
Rs.12,000 - Rs.15,000 per month on a full-time basis.
School holidays, local festival leaves, and in-service training days as per G.b International School policy.
A chance to shape the first Hindi words of children who will remember you for years.
