- Analyzing board results and suggesting improvements to the English department.
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings and maintaining open communication with parents.
- Participating in staff development programs and contributing to the school's growth.
- Collaborating with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Staying updated with the latest teaching methods and technologies.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in English.
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications.
