Reporting and scope

Core duties
- Plan and conduct Hindi lessons for classes I to V in line with the state syllabus and school guidelines.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and interactive activities that make Hindi learning engaging for children.
- Assess student progress through regular tests, projects and oral evaluations, providing feedback to parents and class teachers.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent‑teacher conferences and school events, contributing ideas for curriculum improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline, attendance records and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Support extracurricular Hindi activities such as poetry recitation, dramatics and cultural programs.
Qualification and experience
- Minimum graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Good command of Hindi language, both spoken and written, and familiarity with the Uttar Pradesh primary syllabus.
Compensation and location
Salary: Rs.14,000 - Rs.35,000 per month.
