Conduct monthly department meetings to share best practices on Vedic Math shortcuts and real-life problem sets relevant to Ghazipur’s agricultural context. Integrate local examples like crop yield calculations to make abstract concepts tangible for students.
Submit term-wise academic reports to the Principal by the 5th of each month, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement in both teaching and learning. Coordinate with the Science department to plan cross-subject math projects around local festivals.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Mathematics with a minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience in primary classes at any CBSE-affiliated school. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET will be preferred during shortlisting.

Prior involvement in any mathematics Olympiad training or quiz preparation adds value to the application. Experience with digital tools such as Excel for simple data tracking is desirable.
Career Opportunities

Long-term growth includes heading the Mathematics department, designing new enrichment programs, and representing the school at zonal academic forums. Teachers showing initiative often transition to coordinator roles within three years.
Salary and Benefits
