Requirements
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. Prior teaching experience in English, especially in an NTT or primary school setting, is highly valued. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity in teaching methods, and a genuine love for nurturing young learners.
Compensation
