About This Role
St. Joseph School is looking for a dedicated NTT Hindi Teacher to join our early years team in Gonda. The role involves teaching Hindi to nursery and kindergarten students through play-based and activity-oriented methods. This full-time position requires a graduate with at least two years of experience in Hindi teaching.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons using songs, rhymes, and simple stories.
Prepare age-appropriate teaching materials in Hindi for small groups.
Assess students informally through observation and simple tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
Collaborate with the NTT team to align Hindi activities with the school’s monthly themes.
Communicate progress to parents during informal meet-ups.
Participate in school events and festivals where Hindi is showcased.
Attend weekly curriculum review meetings with the HOD.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Hindi as a subject
Minimum two years of Hindi teaching experience with young children
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification
Experience in Montessori or play-way methods
Skills We Value
Clear Hindi pronunciation and expression
Patience and warmth with preschoolers
Basic classroom management for early years
Ability to create simple visual aids in Hindi

Competitive salary between Rs.20,000 and Rs.30,000 per month
