You will collaborate with the art department to integrate drawing projects into broader curriculum themes, ensuring students explore art across different subjects. Organizing school events like art exhibitions or competitions also falls under your responsibilities, showcasing students’ work to parents and the community.
Periodic responsibilities include reviewing and updating teaching materials, ensuring they meet the latest educational benchmarks. You will also participate in school-wide art workshops or training sessions to improve teaching methods. Keeping records of student achievements and maintaining a detailed log of classroom activities ensures transparency and continuous improvement in Sunbeam School’s art program.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this Drawing Teacher position at Sunbeam School. A postgraduate degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field is preferred.
