Create formative and summative assessments, including quizzes, tests, and projects, to evaluate student understanding. Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Classroom Management
Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages participation and respect. Implement classroom management strategies to promote discipline and a conducive atmosphere for learning.
Professional Development
Stay updated with latest Hindi teaching methodologies and educational technology. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance instructional skills.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with fellow teachers, department heads, and school administrators to coordinate curriculum initiatives. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions.
TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. Experience in teaching Hindi at any grade level is essential.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
