We seek a dedicated Hindi Teacher to join Sunbeam School Gonda as a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for Hindi. This role requires a strong command of the language and a passion for shaping young minds through effective teaching. Your expertise will be vital in delivering structured Hindi lessons aligned with school curriculum standards.
You will prepare and deliver daily Hindi classes, covering grammar, literature, and composition for students. This includes designing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels. Your teaching should incorporate interactive methods to enhance comprehension and fluency.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to ensure cohesive curriculum implementation. Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation in Hindi-related activities.
Ensure compliance with school policies on classroom management and student conduct. Actively participate in school events, including cultural fairs and language workshops, to promote Hindi as a vibrant subject. Your role also involves assisting in extracurricular Hindi activities, such as debates, elocution, and poetry recitals.
The salary for this position is Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, with full-time employment in a dynamic educational environment. A postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field with at least four years of teaching experience is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
