Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the school's dance programs, including planning, organizing, and executing dance events, performances, and competitions.
2. Manage the dance faculty, including hiring, training, and evaluating dance instructors.
3. Develop and implement dance curriculum for students of all ages and skill levels.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of dance programs and events.
5. Manage dance-related budgets, resources, and equipment.
6. Foster relationships with local dance schools, colleges, and organizations to promote our dance programs.
7. Recruit and mentor students for dance competitions and performances.
8. Develop and maintain a safe and conducive environment for dance classes and performances.
Who Can Apply
To apply for this role, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in dance administration or leadership. You should also have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, and a strong background in dance education. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is required.
