2. Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches and staff to support the judo program.
3. Plan and implement judo competitions, tournaments, and events to promote the sport and develop student skills.
4. Collaborate with the school administration to ensure the judo program aligns with the school's overall vision and goals.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with local judo clubs, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation and opportunities.
6. Conduct coaching sessions, providing guidance, support, and feedback to students.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress, achievements, and challenges.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the judo program, making recommendations for improvement.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you should have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in judo coaching or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is preferred, but not essential. You should have a deep understanding of judo coaching principles, practices, and techniques. Experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
