About This Role

As a Karate Coach at St. Xavier International School, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective Karate training program for our students. Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Karate training program for students
- Manage and supervise the Karate coaching staff and ensure high-quality training sessions
- Plan and organize Karate tournaments and events, including transportation and logistics
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with other departments to promote the school's values and mission
- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures for Karate training sessions
- Order and manage Karate equipment and supplies
- Participate in school events and promotions to increase enrollment and engagement
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Karate Coach with at least 3 years of experience in coaching Karate. A graduate degree in any field is required, and a TET/CTET certification is preferred but not compulsory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
