Job Description
NTT Hindi Teacher Job in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Work Culture
Crestfield International School sits in a quiet corner of Gorakhpur where classrooms spill into activity corners and teachers move between grades without rigid walls. The Hindi department meets every Wednesday before assembly to swap rhymes, worksheets, and quick tips for keeping young learners hooked on stories and scripts. Here, fluency in Hindi isn’t just a subject—it’s the thread that stitches morning assembly, art periods, and even the canteen songs together.
Job Overview
We are looking for an NTT Hindi Teacher to anchor language learning for nursery and kindergarten sections at Crestfield International School. You will design playful, phonics-first lessons that turn alphabets into adventures and stories into habits. Two years of hands-on nursery teaching experience and a graduate degree in Hindi are essential; prior TET/CTET credentials are welcome but not mandatory.
What You Will Do
Create daily 30-minute Hindi sessions using rhymes, picture cards, and movement games suited to three- to five-year-olds.
Prepare low-prep teaching aids such as flashcards, puppets, and story sacks that can be reused across sections.
Conduct monthly phonics assessments and share one-line progress notes with parents at pick-up time.
Collaborate with the Montessori team to align Hindi vocabulary with practical life activities.
Attend fortnightly curriculum huddles where Hindi teachers swap ideas on songs, festivals, and local flavours.
Organise a Hindi Diwas mini-mela each September featuring storytelling stalls and calligraphy corners.
Maintain a classroom Hindi corner stocked with graded books, alphabet charts, and audio rhymes.
Support school-wide initiatives like ‘Hindi Pakhwada’ by dressing up as story characters and leading assembly recitations.
Who Can Apply
You hold a graduate degree in Hindi and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed diploma. At least two years of full-time nursery or pre-primary teaching experience is required. Familiarity with local Gorakhpur festivals and rhymes adds immediate value in our classrooms.
Salary and Benefits
The NTT Hindi Teacher Vacancy in Gorakhpur offers a fixed monthly salary between Rs.15,000 and Rs.30,000 based on experience. Crestfield International School provides a supportive work environment, in-house training, and a yearly Hindi resource kit budget.
