Create simple charts, flash cards, and short documentaries using everyday tools like mobile phones and free editing apps.
Conduct weekly quizzes on rivers of Uttar Pradesh and freedom fighters from Gorakhpur so students see themselves in the curriculum.
Organise monthly field trips to nearby heritage sites or the Nehru Science Centre to reinforce classroom learning.
Mark notebooks and assignments within 48 hours and share concise feedback that parents can understand without jargon.
Collaborate with the art and music teachers to stage short skits on historical events or folk tales from Purvanchal.
Attend fortnightly subject-group meetings to review syllabus progress and suggest age-appropriate resources.
Communicate student progress to parents through WhatsApp groups and written notes in the diary.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in Social Science or History with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognised institution.

Prior teaching experience of 2 years in primary classes is necessary.
