Key Responsibilities

2. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure that students with special needs receive the necessary accommodations and support.
3. Provide guidance and training to teachers on inclusive practices and strategies for supporting students with special needs.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to special education.
5. Assist in the recruitment and selection of teachers and support staff for the special education program.
6. Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to access resources and support services for students with special needs.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and program evaluations.
8. Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote inclusivity and diversity.
