What You Will Do
- Teach Science to students from class VI to X.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, exams, and assessments.
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and provide feedback to students.
- Maintain discipline and order in the classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum.
- Conduct co-curricular activities to promote students' interest in Science.
- Monitor students' performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents and guardians through regular progress reports.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- CTET/TET certification.
- Post-graduate degree in Science or related subject.
- 2 years of teaching experience.
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching Science to students of different age groups.
- Knowledge of latest pedagogical practices and technology integration.
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and assessment tools.
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject matter expertise in Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Effective classroom management and organization skills.
- Willingness to participate in professional development and training.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.22,000 - Rs.45,000 per month. In addition, the school offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid leave.
