About This Role
The VICE PRINCIPAL at St. Xavier International School will be the principal’s right hand in running daily operations smoothly. This role is crucial for maintaining academic discipline and administrative efficiency in Gorakhpur. The person will ensure that all school policies are implemented without compromise.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the principal to plan academic schedules and school events.
Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor classroom standards, infrastructure upkeep, and safety protocols.
Liaise between parents and teachers during PTMs and other interactions.
Handle admission inquiries and coordinate with coordinators for smooth transitions.
Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and local education department norms.
Manage inventory of teaching aids and administrative resources efficiently.
Conduct surprise checks of classes and common areas to maintain order.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum 5 years of administrative or leadership experience in a school.
Good to Have
Prior experience as a vice principal or senior coordinator in an international school.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and examination processes.
