Key Responsibilities

Conduct weekly planning meetings with NTT coordinators and share unit plans with the school leadership for feedback.
Monitor student progress through anecdotal records and age-appropriate assessments; prepare quarterly progress reports highlighting Evs skills such as observation, classification, and environmental awareness. Guide two junior NTT Evs teachers, model effective storytelling and activity-based teaching, and conduct demonstration lessons twice a month to build their confidence in Evs pedagogy.
Collaborate with the school’s art and music departments to integrate Evs concepts through songs on water conservation and art projects on local birds. Organize field visits within Shahabad—parks, small farms, and water bodies—ensuring safety and learning logs for each trip. Maintain a resource corner with low-cost materials so every classroom has hands-on Evs tools.
Support school-wide initiatives like Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan by designing Evs projects that involve parents and community members in cleanliness drives around the school vicinity. Represent the Evs department in parent-teacher meetings, explaining child development milestones and suggesting home-based Evs activities for families in Hardoi district.
