Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for the PRT Evs Teacher role. Candidates must have completed teacher training recognized by NCTE.
Preferred Skills
Strong inclusive pedagogy skills to teach mixed-ability classes in Hardoi. Patience and clear communication to explain Evs topics in simple Hindi and English. Ability to create low-cost teaching aids using local resources around Shahabad.
Salary and Benefits
