PRT Hindi Teacher Job in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 10, aligning with the state syllabus.
2. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment tools that promote critical thinking in Hindi.
3. Conduct formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
4. Facilitate classroom discussions, encouraging students to express ideas in Hindi fluently.
5. Maintain accurate attendance records and report student progress to the school administration.
6. Participate in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
7. Organize and supervise extracurricular Hindi activities such as debates, drama, and literary clubs.
8. Collaborate with peers to integrate technology and multimedia resources into Hindi instruction.
9. Uphold discipline and a positive learning environment, following school policies and guidelines.
10. Mentor and support new teachers, sharing best practices for effective Hindi teaching.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
TET or CTET certification preferred, though not mandatory.
Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and teaching methodologies.
Experience teaching Hindi at the school level for at least 3 years.
Salary
Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Hindi, demonstrating classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
