Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PRT Hindi Teacher to join our team at Doodhnath Public School in Jhansi. As a PRT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from classes 1 to 8. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi to classes 1 to 8, following the curriculum prescribed by the CBSE board.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to measure student progress.
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching methods to promote student learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in teaching and learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Assist in the development of school policies and procedures related to teaching and learning.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with experience in teaching Hindi in a school setting are highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.12,000 - Rs.20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
