Data Collection and Reporting
Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions and track student progress. Prepare periodic reports for the school administration, highlighting trends and recommending systemic improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with external mental health resources, including local hospitals and community organisations, to facilitate referrals and broaden support networks for students and families.
Professional Development
Stay updated on best practices in school psychology, attending relevant seminars and training. Share knowledge with school staff to foster a culture of mental health awareness.
Requirements
Post‑graduate qualification in psychology, counselling, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school or similar environment. Compensation
