PGT Accountancy Teacher Job in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment

What you will actually do
- Deliver the CBSE Accountancy syllabus for classes IX‑XII with clear explanations and real‑world examples.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and project work that link theory to business scenarios.
- Conduct regular quizzes, unit tests and term examinations, and evaluate answer sheets promptly.
- Offer doubt‑clearing sessions during school hours and after‑school tutoring when required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage analytical thinking through group activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of teaching resources.
- Supervise the school’s accountancy club and mentor students for state‑level contests.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades and student progress reports.
Who can do this job
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Commerce (M.Com or equivalent) and possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a recognized school is essential. TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
