Qualification
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a strong foundation in English literature and pedagogy. Possess a TET/CTET certificate to validate teaching eligibility, though not mandatory for this role. A postgraduate degree in English or related field is preferred for advanced curriculum design.
Experience
Prove at least two years of teaching experience in a high school setting, ideally with a focus on English language arts. Experience in shaping young minds through creative writing workshops or co-curricular programs is a plus. Salary and Employment Type
