• Organize field visits to museums, historical sites, and cultural events to provide experiential learning.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report student performance to senior management.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with pedagogical trends.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, debate, and respectful discussion.
• Support extracurricular activities like history clubs and debate teams, promoting holistic development.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning space.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and address any concerns promptly.
Qualification, Experience, Salary, Location
Qualified candidates must hold a post‑graduate degree in History, B.Ed or D.El.Ed, and possess a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a secondary school setting. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
