NET/SET qualification mandatory for the Assistant Professor level; a Ph.D. is preferred.
Experience of at least 2 years in teaching physics at the college level.
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to engage students in complex topics.
Research Expectations
While the primary focus is teaching, candidates are encouraged to pursue research aligned with their interests. Participation in national conferences, publication in peer‑reviewed journals, and collaboration with the college research community are valued.
Salary
Competitive remuneration as per UGC pay scales, ranging from Rs.28,000 to Rs.55,000 per month. The salary structure reflects experience, qualifications, and performance.
