Job Title
PRT Science Teacher – Full‑time position at Katyayan School, Kanpur Sadar, Kanpur Nagar.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging science lessons for primary classes, following the state curriculum and Katyayan School’s teaching methodology. Conduct regular assessments, maintain student progress records, and provide feedback to parents during meetings. Coordinate with the senior science faculty to align unit plans and participate in school‑wide science fairs and exhibitions.
Student Interaction
Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and hands‑on experimentation. Address individual learning needs, offer remedial support, and foster a love for inquiry among young learners.
Collaboration
Work closely with the school’s teaching team to integrate cross‑subject projects, attend departmental meetings, and contribute ideas for improving the science program at Katyayan School.
Qualifications
Graduate in Science with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET qualification is preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, handling primary science classes.
Experience
At least two years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in a government or private school in Uttar Pradesh, handling the primary science syllabus.
Salary
Rs.16,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, payable as per school policy.
Employment Type
