Responsibilities

Develop and implement laboratory experiments that reinforce theoretical knowledge and promote hands‑on learning.
Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books, and report cards in accordance with school policies.
Participate in curriculum review meetings and contribute to the development of interdisciplinary projects.
Mentor junior teachers and support new staff in adopting effective teaching strategies.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Biology, B.Sc. (Hons.) or equivalent.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions.
TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.
Strong command of biology concepts, laboratory techniques, and educational technology.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom, design lesson plans, and evaluate student performance.
Experience with laboratory instruction and science fairs is an asset.
Salary
Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
