- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of English language and literature.

- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience in teaching students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with digital tools and resources for teaching.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods.
