PGT Business Studies Teacher Position at Geeta International Public School in Padrauna, Kushinagar

Lesson planning will cover core topics like financial management, marketing principles, and business ethics, ensuring students grasp both theoretical concepts and applied knowledge. Your teaching will include practical demonstrations, such as budgeting exercises or small business simulations, to make learning hands-on and relevant.
You will also assess students through continuous evaluation, including assignments, quizzes, and project-based assessments, ensuring fair and transparent grading. Collaborate closely with the school’s management to integrate business studies with other subjects, such as economics or mathematics, to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies and curriculum trends. Maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging diverse student perspectives in discussions and group work.
Regularly update lesson plans based on student feedback and performance data to refine teaching strategies. Prepare and deliver parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with school policies on academic integrity and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. Assist in organizing school events, such as business fair competitions or guest lectures by industry experts, to enhance students’ exposure to real-world business scenarios.
The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field with at least two years of teaching experience in Business Studies. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with a valid TET/CTET certificate.
