What You Will Do
1. Plan and conduct Art And Craft classes for primary classes at St Xavier High School from class 1 to 5.
2. Organize drawing, painting, origami, and craft activities suited to age groups.
3. Prepare low-cost teaching aids using local materials for better engagement.
4. Organize annual art exhibitions and inter-house competitions at the school.
5. Maintain an Art Corner in the classroom with student work displayed regularly.
6. Collaborate with subject teachers for cross-curricular art integration.
7. Document student progress through portfolios and provide feedback to parents.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Prior experience of at least two years in Art And Craft teaching at a school is mandatory. TET/CTET is not required but will be considered an advantage.
Perks and Pay
Monthly salary ranges from Rs.14,000 to Rs.25,000 based on experience and qualifications. St Xavier High School offers a supportive environment with in-service training in art education. Regular staff welfare programs are organized.
