PRT (Pupil Teacher) for EVS at Geeta International Public School in Kushinagar

Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging EVS lessons, ensuring interactive activities that capture students' interest. Prepare visual aids like posters, charts, and models to enhance understanding. Monitor student participation during group discussions and practical sessions. Maintain organized classroom resources, including textbooks, lab equipment, and educational materials.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Coordinate with the school’s EVS coordinator to ensure alignment with the curriculum and assessment frameworks. Participate in school-wide events related to environmental awareness, such as tree-planting drives or waste management campaigns. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate EVS concepts into cross-subject learning experiences.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend training sessions on updated EVS teaching methodologies and educational technology. Assist in organizing field trips or visits to local environmental sites, ensuring safety and logistical planning. Review and update lesson plans based on student feedback and assessment outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, followed by a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or a science-related subject, is required. A TET or CTET certificate will be an advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a passion for environmental education are essential.
Salary and Location
