Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily Hindi lessons aligned with NCERT and school curriculum for Grades 1 to 5. Prepare monthly unit plans, worksheets, and assessment sheets in Hindi for all primary classes. Conduct formative assessments through oral tests, dictations, and short written exercises twice a month.
Organize co-curricular Hindi activities such as poem recitation, storytelling, and handwriting competitions every term. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure 100% attendance through regular follow-ups with parents. Collaborate with the primary coordinator to review student progress and share feedback with parents in Hindi and English.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in Hindi or related disciplines with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree are eligible. Candidates must have minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Hindi at the primary level. Experience in rural or semi-urban schools, especially in Uttar Pradesh, will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in spoken and written Hindi with clear pronunciation and grammar skills. Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate teaching materials using local themes and stories. Strong classroom management and communication skills with parents and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits
