Daily Responsibilities
Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature to students in classes VI to VIII. Prepare daily lesson plans that incorporate interactive activities, such as group discussions and creative writing exercises. Monitor student progress in language comprehension and pronunciation to provide timely feedback. Ensure classroom management is smooth, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and implement unit-wise assessments to evaluate students’ understanding of Hindi concepts. Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate Hindi language skills into interdisciplinary activities. Participate in curriculum reviews and suggest improvements based on student performance trends. Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss teaching strategies and share best practices.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in term-end examinations and conduct mock tests to prepare students for board-level assessments. Organize cultural events, such as poetry recitals or essay competitions, to enhance students’ appreciation for Hindi literature. Contribute to school initiatives like parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and address any learning gaps.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the secondary level is required. Possession of TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command over Hindi language, both written and spoken, is essential.
Salary and Location
