Academic Counsellor Position at Royal Academy, Lalitpur
Royal Academy in Lalitpur is seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to support student development and institutional growth. This full-time role focuses on guiding students through their academic journey, ensuring they meet career and personal goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to assist families and students in making informed educational choices.
The role involves coordinating admissions, scholarships, and extracurricular programs to enhance student opportunities. You will work closely with parents and school authorities to address academic and career-related concerns, ensuring alignment with Royal Academy’s vision. Your expertise will help shape pathways for students transitioning to higher education or professional fields.
A graduate with at least four years of experience in academic guidance is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a background in education administration or counseling would be beneficial. The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month, depending on qualifications and responsibilities.
