Music Coordinator Job in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of the school’s music programs and events.
- Coordinate with faculty and external artists to arrange workshops, concerts, and cultural activities.
- Manage the music department’s budget, procure instruments, and maintain equipment.
- Develop schedules for performances and ensure compliance with safety and school policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and community for music-related initiatives.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with music software and audio equipment.
- Leadership experience in a school or cultural setting.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in music, arts administration, or a related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Salary
Rs.17,000 – Rs.35,000 per month.
