PGT Botany Teacher Position at Sanskar Valley Academy in Lalitpur
Sanskar Valley Academy in Lalitpur seeks a dedicated PGT Botany Teacher to lead the botany curriculum for senior students. This role involves shaping young minds in plant biology, ecology, and related sciences while ensuring engaging classroom instruction. 1. Designing and implementing innovative teaching methods for botany, aligning with school syllabi and modern educational standards.

3. Assessing student performance through continuous evaluation, including projects, quizzes, and exams, while maintaining transparency in grading.
4. Collaborating with the science department to integrate botany with other subjects like biology, chemistry, and environmental studies.
5. Preparing lesson plans, teaching aids, and study materials to support diverse learning needs, including visual and experiential approaches.
6. Participating in departmental meetings and curriculum reviews to ensure botany remains relevant and impactful in the academic program.
7. Encouraging extracurricular activities such as science clubs or competitions to foster a deeper appreciation for botany among students.
8. Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to explore scientific inquiry.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Botany or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A strong foundation in botany research, teaching experience (preferably 2 years), and a passion for nurturing scientific curiosity are essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of Rs. 38,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh.
