PGT English Teacher Position at Sanskar Valley Academy, Lalitpur
Teaching English at the Post-Graduate level in a well-respected school in Lalitpur, Sanskar Valley Academy seeks a dedicated educator to inspire students with a strong command of the language. This role focuses on delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons while fostering critical thinking and communication skills in students.
You will design and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s academic framework, ensuring a balanced mix of grammar, literature, and language skills. Daily classroom instruction will include interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises to enhance student engagement. Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback will be part of your responsibilities.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher level is required. A postgraduate degree in English or a related field is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for this position. While TET/CTET certifications are not mandatory, they will be considered favorably in candidates with strong pedagogical experience.
Collaboration with the academic team to plan school-wide initiatives, such as literary clubs or language workshops, will also be part of your role. Maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment for diverse student backgrounds is essential. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 38,000 to Rs. 60,000.
